We regularly have part-time and full-time attendant/caregiver positions available. We serve clients who live in Arizona and within a 100 mile radius of both our main office in Gallup, NM and our satellite offices in Albuquerque, NM. Attendant Applicants must agree to a nationwide background check, and/or CPR & First Aid training if not currently certified. We are a federal PCO provider agency and must work closely with the state of New Mexico and Arizona. Therefore our employees must meet all state & federal requirements to become PCO Attendant/caregivers. To qualify Attendant/caregivers must:

● Be eighteen years of age or older.

● Keep accurate time sheets and submit them weekly.

● Submit an I-9 form (proof of eligibility to work) to be kept on file.

● Adhere to the Medicaid Personal Care Service Plan.

● Include three references from non-family members.

● Have a current Tuberculosis (TB) skin test or chest x-ray. If an applicant tests positive for TB, they can not be hired as an Attendant.

● Have a current CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers and Home & Fire Safety Training Certificates.

● Possess a valid state driver's license and car insurance if transporting clients. They must also submit a 3-year MVD driving record.

● The Attendant cannot be the consumer's spouse or minor child (NM only).
