Quality Home Care
Native Resource Development provides in-home living assistance through Quality Homecare, a dedicated home care division opened by Penny Emerson in 2003. Created to serve low-income, medically fragile elderly and disabled individuals, Quality Homecare helps clients remain in the comfort of their own homes while avoiding the trauma and high cost of placement outside the home.
In-Home Living Assistance with Compassion and Dignity
Ms. Emerson is a role model and source of inspiration to young Native women and men pursuing business. A regular speaker at conferences and workshops, she has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the Girl Scouts of America Lifetime Achievement Award.
Leadership Rooted in Service
Beyond her work with Native Resource Development, Ms. Emerson serves on boards for education, nonprofit, and community organizations. She has also initiated and funded scholarship programs supporting Native women in health professions—reflecting the same commitment to care that guides Quality Homecare’s in-home living assistance services.
